David shares with the online crowd his race diary on insidetri.com (second victory at the Philadelphia Triathlon!).  He also of course posts on his own website at thompsontri.com David had been feeling sick here in the last month but seems to have recovered as he builds up to THE race in Minnesota - the Lifetime Fitness Triathlon.   I’m thinking of making a pre-race video for it so stay tuned for that, plus now that some life stuff is settling down I am hoping to make a journey to the DKT batcave to pick his brain and deliver it on video to you all.
